Prblems with my furious gold dongle


i bought my dongle a while now straight from the furious team site i followed the set up video to the last detail but when i click go to support i get an error say my account is outdated and i don't know if this means anything but the account name is completely different from the account info i was sent in my email i have been messaging for days about my problem and i have received no help or response from the person that emailed me my invoice and such i have picture proof of my problem and i have all of my invoices for proof of date purchases if necessary please assist me as soon possible because its well over 2 weeks since i purchased this item and i can't use it
