Problem with unlock blackberry 7290 - GSM-Forum

Hello

I have one 7290 to unlock. There was user password activated on the handset so i connected the handset in desktop manager to disable the password option thru virus.bin. It asked me the password in desktop manager, i entered the same & the handset got connected in desktop manager. To disable the password, i had to go in the phone menu but the handset was locked, so when i pressed unlock it asked me to enter password. After entering the correct password, it asked for new password. After entering the new password, there was a message " The IT Policy requires to enter a Security key password" Since i did not have the same, i entered wrong security key password ten times & it gave a warning that the handheld data would be erased. I pressed ok but after that the handset is just hang on the moving dumble.

I tried to flash the handset but it is not getting detected in the Application loader, I can see RIM handheld in the Devica Manager. Can someone pls help me ???

I have a blackberry that i make the virus.bin procedure ,, and now i can explorer the phone without password problem,, but when i go to Security Options in handset PASSWORD is ENABLE i try to Disable but when i press to the roll button just say (Change Passoword,Wipe HAndheld Verifity Security Software)

How can I Disable the Password options

I try to conect my furios gold blackberry software to unlock de simlock and still the same error

Can not establish connection.

I think i have to disable password in handset

How i do it ?

its bb desktop mgr. tharts what multilang is. so just go hit google and download it
