Hi :

im have a LG ku990 after unlock process, signal is up, but cant make or recive calls, some body have a suguestion ?

its posible, this funtion (incomming and outgoing calls are disabled ?) in this case some body now how enabeled ?

maybe your imei is barred on the network

im start to sink, this phones (are 2 the problem of the same own) have bloked (in configuration of the phone) incoming and outgoing calls, some body now how can reset the password for activated them ?

Well in Spain the first step to block a phone because of IMEI it's block incoming and outgoing calls.

I may try with a working imei to verify that it's not a barred phone

Try to change imei and see if the problem persists.
