Questions about the new BB dongle features by GPG industries

Dear product supporters if can, give sometime to explain me:

1. to unlock LG and other models can we just use original driver and data cable without the need of COM box?

2. can we use Blackberry v1.0.0.187 Deluxe to change keyboard type from QWERTZ to QWERTY?

3. does dongle users with PACK4 activation get the same treatment as the FG box users? with access to support area....?

4. can your software reset blocked MEP codes (already try 10x)

5. can your software used to repair PIN and Imei also debranding on new security device such as 8900, bold 9000, and so on

6. can it be use to read password from device, so i don't suffer from data lost, and wipe the device to get a new password


i already made purchase order for a few of this dongle but yet don't know it's capability in depth, i just want to know it so i can answer my customers question when i'm selling the BB dongle to them...
