PLEASE FG TEAM I HAVE PROBLEM TO UNLOCK SFR STARTRAIL4 WITH OTSMART THERE IS LOG:

because drivers badly installed. must extract usb_driver.rar on C: . run remove.bat and after install.bat

Try older version from the support OTSmart_v1.0.0.527.rar . Are you sure that proper model selected and that the phone works properly ?
