Siemens C62, after unlock, become "phone disabled" Help! - GSM-Forum

I've got here Siemens C62 w/Phone lock. Try to unlock w/FG and after the unlock process, phone became "Phone disabled Insert correct sim card". And I'ved noticed that the IMEI become 09999-654321... I've done nothing wrong w/the procedure. Can somebody sort this problem?

SIEMENS AVR
Features :
- Direct Unlock
- Flashing (V25 and above)
Models :
*C62 v25, 26, 28

Taken from supported models and features sticked here. Probably you have a version older then 25.

FG unlock only version 25 26 and 28
i try to unlock V20 or 18 will soft u imei become 09999-654321 and nothing to do

No free soft. As i remmebr GRIFFIN SERVER was fixing this.

yes till now they still with best support for this phone, all version full service !

are in ur plan done some update for FG c62 module ??

I found out that the only sw that can fix this problem is UB, MT-Box or GTI by using OTP IMEI. I wish that FG can also fix this like the other box can do.

I got another query sir. How will I know if the phone came to me for unlock is version below 25 or it is supported by FG? Just to be safe. Because I got here another one for unlock. If the version is below 25, Is it safe to flash the phone with any 3 flash files from the support site even the phone is below v25?confused:

How to find out which version of C62 do I have. I tried *#0000# but that does not seems to be working. Please guide.
