hi,i want to unlock lg cu500,but problem is how,coz when i open qfg.exe,there is only one option is highlighted(scan interfaces),and the other options are not highlighted,i think its unlock by flashing,

so tell me where i m wrong or what is wrong,coz i download latest qfg exe,from support,so kindly help me out like u did,

Phone must be powered on and conencted to usb cable. After you press SCAN INTERFACES, select FULL UNLOCK and press DO JOB !

You have to use USB interface and install drivers, then the options will be available

thanx ur great responce,but there is nothing after click scan interfaces,i already install driver successfully while connecting usb interface of fg box,

so now what should i do.

Are you Sure your phone is Powered On

no this is not about FG driver,
u need install phone's driver after connect powered on phone.

yes,my fone is power on surly(fully battry charge),
second,i install the phone driver confirmly,it is stated,your new hardware install and ready to use,
i know which one is interface drivers and which one is usb driver,

help needed still,thanx.

i install usb driver again successfully,but qfg.exe detect nothing,check this screen shot,

its show com port 9,
and screen shot shows that after install driver the qfg.exe did't detect anything.
