Tecno rc6 unlocked only sim 1 [SOLVED]

Hi there i have this Tecno phone RC6 locked with both sim. i try to unlock and i was able to unlock sim 1 only sim 2 still it has network lock can u please help me to solve this....here is the log....

Here is the protect 1 i read

I checked it and is unlocked fine on all the slots. Maybe for sim2 it ask for security code or something else

maybe i read protect 2 and u see it couse in sim 2 it shows network locked if it was just password i could have remove it. here is the image

i realize that if i put sim on sim two without sim one it shows network locked.... but if i put two sim no problem so once you unlock its done.
