you are right

Run QFG.exe
and Flash with U880 TEMP UNLOCK file
Now Run LG_QCOM software ( AMDO.EXE )
and Press UNLOCK

please read manual:

special notes for u300, u310, u450, u880, u890, u900 models

1. Not all firmwares see all kinds of sims. To know which support what check with us
2. Reflashing phone will relock it. Isn't our fault but that happen even if you unlock by code
3. When during unlock process sw display the message box please read what it say and do it fast else
process could fail some cases

if it says battery charging when u connect cable
than when u press power button while battery charging with cable what it says ????

i have a phone comes from Austria with version 11a before 2 months
as i remembere this phone does not want to flash
i try normal mode and also in download mode
phone have same answer

I told many times to flash phone with U880_v11_TEMPUNLOCK if phone is v11 and after unlock !
