USB Key not in the package

I just got my order in the mail today. I ordered:

1x USB Key (Black)
1x Data Box (Black)

What I got was:
1x Data Box (Green) & USB Cable

There was no USB Key in the package.

So you are saying that if someone orders both the USB Key and the Box we don't get 2 separate products but that they are both combined in the Box? I don't see that stated anywhere on the FG website.

What it does say on the website is "You can easily plug your FuriousGold USB KEY inside the FuriousGold Box hardware and you are ready to work!" That seems to me that it is saying I can plug the USB Key into the side of the Box, not that the two are integrated/combined into one product. That means I should still have a USB Key which I paid for but it did not come in the packaging.

Also, I did connect the box to my PC and it comes up as an unrecognized device. I tried both Win 7 and 8. I couldn't find any drivers on the FG website either.

The FG website says "You can easily plug your FuriousGold USB KEY inside the FuriousGold Box hardware" It doesn't say anything anywhere about the two being integrated, it says they are seperate and that I can plug the USB Key into the Box - the problem is I was not given the USB Key.

I'd really appreciate some official support for this issue FG Team, either here in the forum or respond to my emails. I made the problem known almost 24 hours ago and it needs to be dealt with now please.

Please compartelize your questions at first.
First on your order have you purchased a FuriousGold Hardware Box (PCB + Casing) + a FuriousGold USB KEY or just bought a FuriousGold Hardware Box (PCB + Casing)?
If you bought just the FuriousGold Hardware Box (PCB + Casing) the dongle is inside the box already as you can see it if you open the box by taking the torx screws under the warranty labels, but it will void any warranty.
I you bought the FuriousGold Hardware Box (PCB + Casing) and a FuriousGold USB Key then you should have receaved bouth the box with a dongle inside and e usb key also.
Thas the first point
Second place the instalation of the drivers is easy.
On Furious Gold site there are several videos try to see them, because the drivers problem is the show how to resolve them.
Its just a manual instalations of the drivers.
You go to manage open computer managment and install the manually by chossing the driver from the paste inside furiousgold instalation paste,and they will be installed without any error.

With shipping and tax my order came to $122.85USD

I did NOT get the USB Key with my order. I ONLY got the $29 Hardware box.

I spend $122 on your product and was planning on purchasing modules and you won't answer my email or reply to me in the forum. I expect customer service and support when I purchase a product. It is getting to the point where I am about to launch a paypal complaint and demand a refund.

If you order box+dongle then the dongle comes already inside the box. So simply plug in the box to the pc, start Maintenance and start enjoying our tool
