When my customer will get his donlge furious team ??


Hello,. Unfortunately i have to write about this in the forum cause i am not getting PROPER answer from Furious Team about my orders for my customer who paid exactly 30 days ago for his Dongle and i even didnt get any shipping./tracking details on this, So i dont know what to tell this person now!

FT told me that after China new year package must be shipped, i told this to my customers and now again i am asking and asking same thing and i see no one is going to answer me. Already passed 2 more weeks after China holidays, Can you pls tell me when my customer will get his damn dongle that was ordered a month ago?

i dont know whom else to contact and get support

They confirmed all orders can be shipped monday. So if there any customer that changed their mind can cancel then

Today received the package, Ordered DOngle + BOX separately

DOngle was ordered allso with packs activated

I dont know if the box came with dongle preinstalled in it or not, but i ordered Dongle + box

Even if the box came with dongle preinstalled is ok, just explain me pls why its Not active

You have all those packs enabled but your customer mu go support area and register it
