zte 227 frome sfr cant unlocked

i recived new sfr 227 cant be unlocked withe laste
release 1.0.0.2630 when traying unlock soft saying
shose fw and taping imei ...its ok

but when starte flashing only erase and not writing any thing

traying to restore back up
full flash and eprom sam error

Typically thing happening to peaople that dont read. You must downlaod a 227 fw from support , type in box imei u see on *#06#. If any error post screenshot.

yes i used same step and this screen shot
and soft stay erasing withe for mor 30min withe no thing
2-when restor original flash
second eroor
and phone is dead
