k750i to w800i using cruiser usb - GSM-Forum

Hi

im trying to flash my k750i with the usb cruiser cable (from 4-in-1 set),
but when pressin "on" on the phone, the phone really turns on, instead of just giving the signal.

Help?

try remove battery, remove cable ..

when the program is asking to turn on the phone

put battery into the phone
then connect the cable to phone

same problem. it also turns on. first i turn it off, put out the sim-card, then battery in again, cable and it starts.... UC-10 cruiser cable...

as soon as I plug in the cable it starts loading the akku.
i also connected a 3V battery to the cable as described.

will it work someday with original cable?

it won't work with original cable

your 4-in-1 cable is no good, you have to use another one ...

I had this problem, too .... I had one that was working fine, and one day, it also turned my k750 on whenever I run cruiser ... and aftr changing to another cable, Cruiser runs smoothly again .. Change another cable ~ or find someone to re-solder your cable ~

Zealow: this will help you. It's a common problem, many of the 4-in-1 cables are faulty.

The diagrams are available also in the Cruiser support forum. Once you've fixed your cable, you'll be able to use it!

im going to give it to the dude who sold me the cable and request a new one..since i don't know anything about soldering

I think Cruiser 4-in-1 is different from TMS 4-in-1.
My reseller actually sells both, so they couldn't be same
But Cruiser works with SeTools

i got the same cable as you zealow, and it doesn't work. don't know why. which battery are you using? why do i have to use a batter? will it ever work with original cable?
well i am on holidays 2 weeks, and hope theres a solution when i come back ;-)

well.. i don't think the original cable will work, but this cable should somehow work. You have to use 2 AA batteries 1,5 Volt in a batteryholder and connect the cables to it..

but i still don't know how.. im looking into it..

so much trouble, for just a little fun

but i thought about.. like pc suite.. i cannot transfer things to it

No its service cable I think the DCU 60 is the data cable for that.
