Unable to unlock/unbrand P910i - GSM-Forum

I've tried to unlock/unbrand a P910i (Orange) twice and both times the credits have been used but the last stage never finishes. When the phone is removed it is the same as before i.e. locked and with the Orange branding...!

I've used 6 credits and the phone is the same as before. Does anybody have an idea why this is happening?
