IF THE REGISTRATION DATA, you are entering, IS CORRECT --> then the account will be activated.

Conclusion:

For sentinel dongle --> customer had allready monthes to register or to get support area acess from theyr reseller.

I just bought "vygis tool box" but my reseller not to support
"smartdongle" software.
Therefore I do not have any software to be allowed to test this box.
My reseller give me "SENTINEL DONLGES"software, i not run.

Do you have sentinel dongle or smartcard dongle?
Check the pictures here to identify it:

If you have Smartcard dongle, then ok.
If you have Sentinel dongle --> then it is bad, since this one was discontinuead more then 4-5 Monthes ago, and no supportaccounts and updates are released for this anymore.

I have a vygis box that I have been trying to register for almost a month now. I have not heard from the administrator whether I've been passed or not. But I can't log in.what can I do.

I have bought vygis box November 2004 mine reseller Gobi (www.gsmtools.ro)
To the action on replacement Dongle I was not in time
Whether it is possible to make this of replacements not buying a new full package vygis box
I shall be grateful if will answer
