Bg 3 Unlock Problem - GSM-Forum

i try unlock BG3 with VYGIS but it give this:

"this model is not supported yet"
pls, can you help me to tell me how i do .

what ver of vygis u use
and aslo may be cable prob>
u must use 9 v external power supply
