C1100 Flashing Help New Comer - GSM-Forum

Hi all iam new using vygis i have dead c1100 but i have flash it this what i did connected cable to phone
clicked on connect
pressed power batton on phone
boot loader loaded
sellet flash from the software interface
selected full flash#2 new window opened i seleleted one flash file from the new window which is c1100 v103 ...............
flashed the phone to 100% but phone still dead please what iam doing wrong i would have given you the whole procured but i dont have internet from my office that why i have forgotten so ather thing i did plrease give me which file i should select thanks

Seems you have selected the wrong flashfiles.

Please post a screenshot, so i can see what files you have selected also.

C1100 comes in two display type, the old one and the new one, probably your flashing a firmware to your C1100 which has a new display type that is meant to be for old display type. Look for a flash file like LG-C1100_P16FL_V202 and up to flash your C1100. Usually if you flash your C1100 with new display type with a flash file for old display type, you only see a blue screen on the LCD, to correct this, just flash it with the above file or newer version. Just a tip, before you flash a phone, always make a backup copy of the phone's existing firmware so that you can easily restore your phone to work again if ever something goes wrong!

hi there i have a problem with C1100 dead after flash when i try and read phone it tell me this

Please plug cable to phone.Phone must be OFF.If bootloading not starts - press power ON and keep it pressed until boot loading will be finished.

Your phone battery is empty, or your phone has hardware problem...

- connect
- Full flash
- disconnect
- reconect
- calibration data

work 100%

problem sorted out i mistake i never changed baudrate reading phone now ok

i have flashed phone but phone still dead but when i connect charger to phone the charge light in the front comes on
