Gradiente GF760 No Connect - GSM-Forum

I tried with 5 different GF760 and o connection with pinout from support .
connect phone , press connect button but , show message " power on phone now " , press power on but nothing , vygis can't recogzine the phone.

Please Help-me.

Which software version you use? Also cable pinout is exactly as shown at support? Btw,my pinout and Infinity pinout differs-check if you not use cable by Infinity pinout.

One advice only-dissasemble phone and look to connector contacts inside.

tested in 5 different GF760 new , brougth today , no problem in phone.

problem solved , the problem are at my new computer with motherboard intel , the USB of intel are a bomb.
