how can i get the reg files if we dont know the reseller - GSM-Forum

good day vygis support

its been 3 months i dont used our vygis box

the owner bought this box last 2 years ago but she dont know where
it was bought, the technician know where this box they bought but the problem is the technician we dont know were he is

can we solve or can we get the reg files for this?
im from philippines and hope we can still used this box because the computer we used just formatted and no backup of the reg files

help us vygis support and give us feedback, hope you can help us
with this matter
