I am looking for russian firmware for the KU990i there is non on the support site

if i downgrade this to KU990?

or change firmware to different i.e. iGO ? will it work ?

or will handset be stuck on yellow wallpaper not available screen?

KU990i and Ku990iG not have Russian.Also downgrading to KU990 won't help-camera won't work.
