Now I get Only: Phone not respond!! Operation failed!!

& I get this error: Acces violation at address 78E8406C. Read of address 78E8406C.

I dont know, Why can not to be unlocked, I do everything good, also my cable is OK.

when i open new lg (LGI_1_60SC) its give me error and require that file (reg0d00ebd7_lg.dat) whts the problem if any body
knows so plz reply me urgent

Connect phone to cable-phone must be ON, if phone can't be powered connect it OFF and press Power ON and keep it pressed until
bootloader will start ... OK

make sure battery has charge, connect the phone power off and keep power button press untill phone is read by software.
