please can any one help me error with LGI_1_24SC - GSM-Forum

hello
please i have problem with LGI_1_24SC i need read flash all langauge arabic from phone because in support no arabic flash but my problem When the pressure on the button read flash give me error
access is denied
this problem with all lg please what is problem i need help

Best way is to clean SC card contacts for this problem.Also if this happens only with LGI_1_24SC.exe - please try to rename it to LGI.exe - sometimes this helps,anyway this bug with renaming will be solved in next version.

pls mine own is openning but if i clik connect on any SC software its gives me ACCESS IS DENIED. pls help me i av been restricted from this S\W for some days.

This means,that COM Port already is in use-what you see in "Ports & Settings" window at software?
