i need to unlock it iuse sharp gx30 rg 45 cable and the phone is on i read the helpe but tha same i use the new black slim vygis boxe and i have this

Look in "Device manager" under USB what you have? Box drivers are installed correctly?

Seems,that your box eeprom is not programmed like "USB to RS232 by Vygisoft".Anyway this is not problem-simply select COM7 in software and you can work without any problems.Actually software can work with anyone box,which is based on FTDI chip-it is for example Infinity,Furious,Z3X,SETools and etc.

- Download this drivers from the support area and install them.
Take care - the VygisToolboxes and Vpower boxes, using the SMALL BLACK USBox are needing on Win XP the special driver, also avaiable there.
If they are installed properly --> then you will see in ''Device Manager'' in the USB section, the VygisUSB2RS232 port component.
what about this iam not find this special driver

not work for me i have furious boxe

Drivers are here:
http://support.vygis.net/
in Drivers folder.But drivers won't help,as box eeprom is not programmed.What not works with Furious like interface?

whene i select furious com 5 as interface i have only
Connecting to phone ...
i power the 5v on furious but same

Not all Sanyo s750i allows DIAG mode-so not all is possible to unlock.This yours looks are not unlockable.
