hi
pls help unlocking for vk 1100
using vk4000 pinouts
i cannot connect to phone

windows detects vk multi download driver when i connect it on usb
it installs but i cannot seem to find its port number under device manager

in vygis prog should i choose usb-r232 by vygissoft?

Infinity cannot unlock this phone ( network code ) ,only reset user code and menu code .
Try connect phone with Universal Box Interface ( COM Serial )

hold # 0124 to reset

hold # and digit 0124

or type 85558555# then hold *

Vygis VK sotware can unlock this phone.
Use the RJ45 cable that connects to VygisToolbox, and NOT the phone USB cable.

the only RJ45 VK cable i have is of Vk207i (i think)

i created RJ45 cable from attachment given .

when i load VK i choose 1100 and click on connect , it will then thisplay :

"Press power ON button and keep it pressed"

for how long shall i keep on holding power button ? on VK toolbox RTS LED is ON and CTS LED is blinking , did i build the cable wrong ?

Your cable musty be wrong.

Probably you have connected wrong Rx and TX. REMEMBER Tx of Phone you have to connect to Rx of box and so on ..
