Problem removing simlock SE P910i

I have a n-box, I have a P910i with 4 locks closed, I tried to flash the phone with another GDFS file, but the phone won't boot, the software keeps going from 0 to 100%, but the phone won't boot, what can be the problem?
Can anyone give me instruction on how to solve the 4 locks closed problem?
Thanks

oooh, ok, thanks PhonePlus, I have done alot of flashing of MCU and GDFS, and somehow it's working, I don't remember what I did, haha.

One more question:
What is the MCU file? and what is the GDFS? When should you use one or the other?
