I tried to unlock it and still asking for USIM password ...

when was it made? if it is 02.2007 then you cannot unlock with NSPro right now. Elco will soon release flashing then you can downgrade and unlock, OR he will release unlock solution for new models.

If your phone is not a newer model, maybe you should try posting more information about your problem other than just ranting. We don't know anything about your problem and since you didn't mention anything about it we read your issue as a complaint, rather than a plea for help.
