A837 samsung unlock support needed badly - GSM-Forum

This unit came for unlocking with label from At&t and i hope elco can give us update for this unit coz this unit is kinda cool and nice....hope you would consider elco.tia

try to unlock it by selecting U900 or i780 on NsPro v5.0.5
PLZ post the results.
I dont have that model in my hands so i cant give you a sure solution for it.

ok thanks for your reply elco but due to my desperation i was able to unlock it with EUB....next time il try it with nspro....

i have one pcs of a837 from AT&T when try with u900 unlock get this:
Checking serial communication...
Checking Security...
Operation failed!

- drivers was found normaly, i try in download mode but noting happening.

in i780 mode when i go to read codes give this:
Detecting phone...
Checking serial communication...
Reading IMEI...
Reading locks...
Operation failed!

when i go to unlock phone get this:
Detecting phone...
Checking serial communication...
Unlocking...
Operation successfully completed

but phone is still locked.

eny help?
