Hi
I have nsdongle box... and everytime i conect to pc it says "unknow usbdevice"
I have installed latest nsdongle soft...
it's incompatible with some soft (usb smart, setool, twister,...)
If I conect only nsdongle(without box) It works ok...

That is a damaged box... PLZ ask the reseller to replace it (Only box)... if reseller have stock...

I finally try in another pc and works ok, pc recognize it as nsdongle box....
there are any srivers incompatibility?because I try the box in my home pc...in work pc always obtain unknow usb device...-
