Do you have the update installed?
If not uninstall old software and download and install new update.

I've been using the dongle for about 2 months now and I've never even seen the forum. When I click on the link "Support Area" on the application it takes me to a blank page. Would love to see it for once

Deactivate your firewall or configure it to access the NSdongle site, with the new update after installing was giving me just blank page, configurated my firewall, and then everything ok. try that.

Cheers

Well booger me I'm in. What I had to do is right click on the NS Dongle Icon then click run as, I kept it as the same username (u'll know what I mean) then pressed ok. The software opened and I clicked on support.

Perserverance

Whilst ur here m8, is there anyway you can "roll back£ the dongle to the previous version? Never had any problems with X640 then (if you read my last post)?
