conection problem - GSM-Forum

i am a new user of nspro . i cant conect any fhone with dongle e250, j600, x830 i rpeat acording to software but always give err operation failed . e250 d800 cable and without battry but its show charging and on of but not go in test mode and then operatin failed
please help me

u must reinstall driver

A new Hardware Update Wizard window will open.

Select "No, not this time" when windows ask you if you whant to connect to internet to search for drivers.

And select "FTDIBUS" file then click OPEN
