Dongle Update error - GSM-Forum

Hi

i try to update my dongles (2) and i get always the same error.

ERROR: connection establishing failed: 10060

What need to do??

hi, make sure you are connected to the internet and have your firewall disabled

No matter what I try I am getting:

ERROR: connection establishing failed: 10060

Any ideas? Connected to 'net, firewall & AV off

I tried to turn off all Firewalls, on a new computer with only WinXP an ns-dongle installed but nothing ... alway's connection error.

not need to update dongle from v3.12 to v3.14.
