E250 problem. Flashed with E250 and also E250D!! Please help?

I got a German T-Mobile E250 to unlock
Not realising problem with E250, I unlocked it as E250 and gave it back to customer. They brought it back saying it will not work with any sim cards so I read on all the threads here about E250 and E250D issue

I have now flashed it twice with 2 different E250 flash file E250ANFK3 and E250 full
I also flashed twice with 2 different E250D file E250DBVGG1 and E250DBOGH4

Each time I flash, I then flash EEPROM file
For E250 I flash with E250 eeprom.nsf
For E250D I flash with E250D eeprom.nsf

After this, I write original IMEI to phone but no matter what I try, the phone will still not work correctly.

Vodafone card show limited service and Tesco Ireland works sometimes and O2 Ireland will not work

Has anybody a solution please??
I need to have English in the file I use to flash also

you have to check first what pcb is inside ("D" or old one) then flash with correct flash and eeprom. Use the latest FW version to flash! It's very important becouse older FWs not support correct RF and speaker!

PCB is D but doesnt matter
I flashed with 2 D files and still no calls can be made

Full Flash through bin
Flashed bin & tfs with GJ1
Flashed Eeprom
Unlocked
Wrote back imei

plz try to flash it with E250v then eeprom then imei then unlock

all will be ok
