Hi sir ,

Today I have problem with my box....When i open the soft....Its showing this message....

When i press close its showting " Please contact NsPro Team ! "

I have uninstalled box installed again also i have tried with another pc n another cable....But its showting same message....

Also i have captured one small vidio....Plz download in see....

did u check your box driver installing try to uninstall the driver and reinstall again then restart your pc and then connect the box again and show the pc to where the driver is after that restart your pc again and connect to the internet and run the program

try to check internet some times its internet problem

b/coz software always need internet connection

1.Make sure that you use last software version.
Last software version at the moment is NsPro v3.2.0

2.Make sure that your PC is connected to the internet.
3.Make sure that firewall allow to NsPro to connect to internet.
