hi im try to flash this phone becouse this error but still same error how can i repair

Flash the phone with bin+TFS
Then write F250 eeprom on it. You can find eeprom files on NsPro support area.
Then write back the original IMEI and the phone will be OK

thanks elco but still same problem. ok the numbers appears in the display when i turm on the phone and dont let the phone turm on at all, when i flash the tfs shows error and when it get on tat mode it show the same numberson the display and the soft says Entering TAT Mode...
Operation failed! so what can i do. this a f250L the flash is the same that f250?

That problem is caused by wrong TFS area. If the software cant flash TFS on that phone, it might be a hardware problem like damaged flash chip.
