F480 not detected by pc - GSM-Forum

hi
even i have connected f480 with usb or E210 (com cable) in down loader mode every time i am facing "phone not found" error ...........i have checked samsung modem drivers also installed .........please guide where i am wrong.?................ my f480 is phone locked and fallowing the advise of Mr Elco i am going to flash to remove "phone lock"

To remove the phone lock you must flash the phone.
