Problem in the cable to use
Should be amended cable e210 g600

to unlock J400 you must use NsPro J750 cable, as the NsPro software tell you.
You can build that cable or you can buy it from a reseller.
If you whant to build that cable, you can find the NsPro J750 cable schematic on support area.

you have to use j750 cable to unlock j400 it is the same worked perfect

man... PLZ read the instructions carefuly:
The first picture that you posted is for early NsPro C450 cable modification.
Latest NsPro C450 cables work perfectly with J400.
Second picture is for NsPro E210 cable modification.
That modification is also tested and 100% working.

So: Get the right cable and unlock the phone.
Or modify your cable correctly then unlock your phone.

Better use documentations available on nspro support area.
Not some pictures found on different forums.

sir i change cabel but it tel me phone unlock but stil ask for sim lock wen i try to unlock with code it telme wrong code

Version 4.3.0 not unlock J400 - jump window of error and the program is closed. I have returned on version 4.2.0 and unlock this phone.

Try to unlock J400 with nspro.. Unlock success,but after the boot logo ,the following messages on phones lcd and the phone restart every minutes ..

What is the solution?

Problem solved.. A try to flash with tfs only,and my phone alive again .
