try to use patch imei unlock to flash you mobile and then dirct unlock post results

In support find a patch file,download, flash it with patch fike and after unlock it. Is work i try it.

repeat operation until you success and don't forget to well insert the cable in the phone and if operation fails clean your connector if the same thing check you box drivers installation

ps: j700 does not need any patch just direct unlock

yes sir you are right to unlock j700 no need patch file it is"direct unlock"
so i think it is new firmware nspro can"t unlock this

Have had several like this do full service reset then unlock

I am having the same problem it must be a bug of this version...
