help me plz nspro not working - GSM-Forum

i uninstalled nspro to put the new version on
and now i cant get it working.
there dosent seem to be an nspro converter in add or remove programs
when i installed new version.
and neither in device manager.
in the device manager i only have nspro box to get drivers for.
im really confuzed here. im also getting this message when connecting the box
to usb. (FTDI uninstaller. if your usb device is connected please unplug it now. press continue
to uninstall drivers or cancel to quit)
please help me out

uninstall ns setup,delete ns folder from program files,restarc pc,install ns latest version when it asks u to remove old drivers accept,plug ns box and install drivers from C:\Program Files\NsPro\NsPro Driver

ive being doing that from yesterday mate
following all the guide lines on nspro fourom
but no joy.

i doesnt seem to install the converter .
it just has nspro box and when i got to update the drivers for that manually
it comes up (hardware type) so i hit show all devices and it comes up usb composite device.
but dont know what driver to get.
also when i hit have disk i put in copy manufactures files from C:\Program Files\NsPro\NsPro Driver
i hit ok and nspro converter and nspro box come up in the hardware update wizard?
i know this proberblly sounds confuzing
cuz im totaly cunfuzed.

plz help

when following your instructions
i go tp device manager and all i have there with a yellow question mark is nspro box so i update driver and go to have disk i pick driver ftdibus so hit open and then hit next and it comes up this. (installing this device driver is not recommended because windows cannot verify that it is copatible with your hardware. if the driver is not compatible, your hardware will not work correctlly and your computer might become unstable or stop working completely. do you want to continue installing this driver?

u might have os problem so try with another pc or install new xp

if u now about g800 unloking plz tell me i try with patch but my is dead

used the restore disk on comp and tried again still no joy mohamed75.

mast galander get an nspro box mate.
