Here we go again ! Another NSD problem ?? - GSM-Forum

When installing NSD sw it shows as 3.11.0 (doiwnloaded from NSD site)

When clicking on "About" on sw it shows as 3.11.1

When upgrading dongle it shows 3.11.1

But I cant get into Support Area via NSD Support button

Is there a problem ??

what problem? server is up for the past couple months... check your network connection and if possible try to reinstall the progam...see if you can ping the server...

btw, from server logs we can see many already update to 3.11.1 in the past couple days...no one report problem yet.

easy solution seedy just go to nsdongle.com then the download section after youve login with your dongle or box ttached to pc cheers wolfe

do the d/l the new soft no need to log in with the dongle...go to NSDONGLE.COM and d/l the new soft.

okay problem was ISP - for some reason since i reformat my hard drive it does not work through AOL - use Internet Explorer

It seems like it doesn't work anymore with Firefox!!!
That would be great if you can fix that problem NS team.
