hi

my dongle suddently stop working
i unistall install software again

when plug in dongle u ca HEAR BEEP sound
but program does not open
if i go to update it says Updated lastest version
but MAIN program not opening anymore

could sound one give me a guide

I'm having a similar problem.

I plug in NS Dongle, and the computer all of a sudden asks me for drivers for it....

So I point them to the right driver folder, but now when I click on NS Dongle nothing happens.....

use latest version of ns dongle 3.14.

with old version 3.12 when you double click the icon nothing happens.
