how to unlock z400v ? - GSM-Forum

i try to use D800 cable unlock Z400v.. but cannot unlock.

connect powered on phone in normal mode to nspro RJ45 D800 cable, open NsPro software, select Z400 and click UNLOCk on NsPro.
The phone will be unlocked in few seconds.
use NsPro D800 cable.
NOT USB cable.

i have a samsung v400 lock to T..... mobile.... i try to unlock with NSPRO with D800 cable and it show phone not found....... pls hlp me......

the phone must be detected on PC device manager as SAMSUNG CDMA MODEM.
If the phone is not detected by windows, and you get "USB POWER EXCEED" message from windows, use Z*** adapter and unlock your phone.
