i317m unlock problem - GSM-Forum

Fairly new to this.
tried to unlock my note 2 i317m using version 6.6.8 , so there is no option for i317m I use i317 and at the nspro screen says Cable USB.
Not sure which cable to use as normally it is asking for 7070.
any help is appreciated

There is also I317 UART in Phone Model selection, that method uses the S7070 cable that you might be more used to. However, in my experience that option has not worked for this model.

Just choose I317 and follow the pop-up instructions about what to set the phone's Qualcomm USB Settings to. Then, use any Micro USB cable plugged into your computer and connect the phone to that. You will need the Samsung USB drivers of course.

I am in Canada so the only Galaxy Note 2 LTE variant I see is the I317M.
