can anyone tell us how to unlock i8320 samsung using usb cable follows

who told you to use USB cable?
NsPro tell you to use i5700 cable for that phone.
Check on support area to see the i5700 pinout.
You must remove the label under the battery to get access to UART connector on i8320

sir i have removed the label under the battery but i need the corrected pinouts for the model i8320 bcoz the pinout is sligtly different so could you help me out

The pinout: TX,RX,GND are the same as on i5700
Use the first 10 pin connector at the top.
