First go to Service Jobs and select only NVM Repair.
Enter the S/N from the phone label and click NEXT
After you write back the original S/N on the phone you can write IMEI on the phone

Thankx Elco for the info.
But i have same phone in my hand but it's back lable is not.....that's why i can't show S/N from back side lable.

Can i read the info for NsPro soft ?

I don't have sticker with original S/N?
Can I Repair MSL without original S/N?
