J630 formatting flash failed - GSM-Forum

Hi, I have samsung j630 and nspro, I have download firmware of support area but error is "formatting flash failed" at write the file FactoryFs.ffs.

I try whit flash patched and original but same problem.
Please help me urgent.

flash the boot files then use the patched files again
