Hi elco,

well...i got this J700v..tried to unlock it..says operation failed...later i tried to read info....

Entering TAT Mode...
Retrieving software version...
Operation failed!

Got the above

can u tell me what should I do to solve this problem.......

Hello

man try this Trick hope will solve ur problem

First with different carrier SIM in phone at WRONG CARD screen ENTER on the keypad
*2767*3855# (wait 10-15 seconds) phone will reboot(restart)
When phone completes reboot ENTER
*7465625*638*00000000*00000000#
NEXT ENTER
#7465625*638*00000000#
AND THEN *#7465625# to check the locks....all locks are inactive...these are all the locks...
network lock - inactive
subset lock - inactive
sp lock - inactive
cp lock - inactive
sim lock - inactive
activa lock - inactive
phone lock - inactive
auto network - inactive
auto subset lock - inactive
auto sp lock - inactive
auto cp lock - inactive

thank u for ur help..well this worked...this time it was ok for the customer to loose his data..however...just want to know y did nspro could not do it

1 Remove baterry
2 put cable
3 press unlock
4 enter baterry
phone will be unlocked many time tested
