L170 in restart. initializing file system - GSM-Forum

i have l170. after power on phone display "initializing file system please wait 10 sec... and its restarting again and same thing always repeating.
i flashed it with diference firmwares and patched firmware to. i flashed boot files to, but no result.
what is the problem?
