disable firewall n anti virus and try again

use latest nspro version from www.nsteam.org/download.html

Dont you read the anouncements from this forum?
If not, you should read the news bar (moving text) from the bottom of nspro software.

Please use latest NsPro version!
Older NsPro versions will stop working one by one!!!
