sir please help me after instal 5.2.0 ,when i conect box its show usb not reconeised & when i use ns pro software its show ns box not conected ,please help me

Try with a different USB cable or on different PC. Is you are getting the same problem, then the box is damaged.
In this case, contact your reseller and ask him to replace your box.
All nspro boxes have 6 months waranty.

oh... in that case, open the box and check the box form hardware problems. There may be a problem on box USB connector.
Resolder the connector. That might solve the problem.
If you replace the box, keep the original card. The activations are stored on the smartcard. Not on the box.

Friend!I have two NS-Pro activate for multi.Same
situation you have.Same times I have this error.I think is not
problem in Reader or Card (most important) but in drivers conflit.
Try remove program, all drivers and install all new again.
In device Manager clean all drivers s not in use,panel control all
Modens,Remove Cracks or Emulatores from computer (If Have)
after this connect Box with a good USB datacable to USB Computer
and not in any HUB.
Try this is Software problem.But you can Remove Card from Box and put
In one reader (Pkey for example) Work fine.But try this.

but the problem is in smart card reader, u can use infinity, cruiser, setool, vygis, scard, or other device who support shlumberger smart card.
