NS Pro exits when I try to do an operation - GSM-Forum

I figure there must be a problem on my computer. NS pro opens fine, but when I try to do an operation, the application exits ( no warning or error). any body have any ideas ?

bro ur NS pro driver uninstall and install again.then not solv ur problem change ur computer operating system bro ...............

Remove all usb devices or box C:\Program Files\NsPro\Old driver uninstaller open FTDI program unistaller than restart PC

Used XP, used this computer with NS pro before. reinstalled drivers, same result.

it does not even give an error, to give me a clue as what may be the problem

witch model u have problem? i'm asking because of similar problem with a d800 , cad perform custom reset with g600 cable but not info and seems that e210 and g600 should be same cable, correct me if i'm wrong
